With over 18 years of experience in advanced modeling and simulation, he previously served as a Research Scientist at DLR's Robotics and Mechatronics Center for a decade, focusing on physical modeling of system dynamics and aircraft power networks.
As a serial entrepreneur, he founded and led SimTek from 2016-2020 before establishing orthogonal in 2021. His exceptional contributions to the global research community earned him the prestigious TUM Ambassador title from the Technical University of Munich in 2023, an honor reserved for outstanding international researchers.
His expertise spans physical modeling, advanced simulation techniques, robotics, and mechatronics, with extensive experience in both industrial and EU research projects. Based in Munich's thriving tech ecosystem, he continues to bridge cutting-edge research with practical engineering solutions through orthogonal's innovative MBSE platform.
