Jose Flores
José Flores is a Bitcoiner entrepreneur based in Mexico. His mission is empowering people thru financial education, proof of work and Bitcoin.
After graduating as a Keynesian Economist from Texas A&M University the search for a better system began. He worked for his family business in construction and mining, getting the opportunity to connect with the reality of people on the ground.
Frustrated at how things worked, he embarked on a journey to Columbia University in New York in search for answers. There he met George a bitcoin maxi and current business partner, his path down the rabbit hole began.
Ever since 2015 he has been investing his time on learning about Bitcoin, and how to use this tool to change reality for people on the ground. In that endeavor he founded KapitalEx, a one-stop shop for Bitcoin in Mexico.
Since 2017 Jose has been using KapitalEx to reach ever more people who want financial independence, lending a hand on their journey to freedom.
As president of the Bitcoin Association in Mexico he intends to bring the Bitcoin community together, to become stronger, and coordinate better our efforts of disseminating the knowledge of this technology in the political, economic, and social spheres. As well as teaching people about the lazer eyes, and the dangers entailed with deviating from Bitcoin.
