Tipolis is a world-leading company in the development of next generation Special Economic Zones, called International Cities. While business and industry is welcome, the model focuses on residents as the key to success. Historically SEZs have been successful by attracting certain industries, the International City model decentralizes the development process by recruiting high performing individuals to move to the city and letting the businesses, industries and companies that result from high performing individuals to come about organically. The model is a combination of Charter City and Free Private Cities whose main focus is to implement international best practices in terms of governance and ensure long-term stability. This idea, combined with the ambitious Bitcoin City model would make for an internationally renowned city with the potential to grow and develop into the Singapore of Latin America.
