Djuri always had a passion for open source and new technology. In 2016 he founded the “blockchain & crypto” team at Rabobank -one of the largest Dutch banks- where he quickly learned that the only real use case for a blockchain is Bitcoin.

After trying to educate the organization to no avail for eight years, he decided to go full time bitcoin by working at Satsback.com and of course the open-source BTClock project.
