Silent payments are a great tool, but they haven't received much attention still.
I’m not an expert in silent payments, but while trying to understand how they work, I put together this sort of "roadmap" to explain them in my own words. It was a bit harder to grasp than I expected, so I thought I’d share my experience in case it helps someone else.

We’ll start by building on the private and public keys we already know. Then we'll add some "sauce" enabled by Taproot and Schnorr signatures, and finally, we'll discuss some combinations that will allow us to create these public and reusable addresses.
