Thulisa Sikolpati (28) is building a circular Economy in Khayelitsha called Bitcoin Loxion, modelled after projects like Bitcoin Ekasi and Bitcoin Beach. She was born and raised in Khayelitsha, a township in the Western Cape of South Africa, on the Cape Flats in the City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality. The name Khayelitsha is Xhosa for New Home. It is reputed to be one of the largest and fastest-growing townships in South Africa.
