Carel de Jager is an engineer with a passion for Bitcoin, Cryptography, and Energy. Since 2016, he has trained developers, corporates, and governments globally on the benefits and use cases of Bitcoin. In 2019, he shifted his focus to product development, leading to his current role as CEO of SilverSixpence, where he spearheads the development of innovative blockchain accounting solutions. He also serves as CTO of Bitmach, a leading commercial Bitcoin mining company in South Africa.
