Welcome to the CfP platform of the ADASS XXXIV conference.

Only poster submissions are possible now, this submission type is set by default

On this platform, you may edit your profile and visualize your contribution (Talk, Poster, BoF or Focus Demo):

• Talks are 15 minutes long, including 3 minutes for questions
• Posters will be displayed on large screens and be available online, there is no need for a printed poster
• Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions are participant-driven conference spaces dedicated to topics of interest to specific communities - generally 60 minutes.
• Focus demos (Product demos) are 30-minute sessions where speakers can demonstrate a software product or system. This is a paid service

Please note that it is not allowed to be the main author of several talks or poster contributions.

To help us build the schedule and program as well as other documents and reports in a semi-automatic way, we have decided not to register co-authors of posters in this platform. You may and have to add them in the proceedings paper.

Oral contributions may have several speakers registered, but only one main author is allowed.

Please note that since the conference will have a large virtual participation, we will be using Zoom for all talks and BoFs. This means that your contribution will be recorded unless you choose to opt-out.

* Data management and trusted repository in the Open Data era
* Roadblocks in Astronomical Data Analysis
* Metadata, semantics and data models applicable to data formats
* Real-time and near real-time processing pipelines

Submission deadlines:
* Oral contribution - Deadline for abstract submission: 23 August 2024
* BoF proposal - Deadline for submission: 23 August, 2024
* Demos - Deadline for submission: 23 August 2024
* Poster - Deadline for abstract submission: 18 October, 2024
