ADASSX

Abstract submission for the ADASSx 2025 Monsoon Workshop

Welcome to abstract submission for the ADASSx (Summer 2025) conference.

You may edit your profile and enter your abstract (talk, poster, or proposal for a topical splinter session). Abstracts for all contributions to splinter sessions should be entered into the same form. You may include comments directed to a specific splinter session moderator, e.g., "this is an abstract for the Planetary Defense Monsoon Workshop on Sunday".

  • Talks are 15 minutes long, including 3 minutes for questions
  • Splinter sessions are participant-driven conference spaces dedicated to topics of interest to specific communities - 90 min

Please note that it is not allowed to be the main author of several talks or poster contributions.

To build the schedule in a semi-automatic way, co-authors are not registered on this platform. You may add them to the proceedings paper.

Since the conference is hybrid, sessions will have virtual participants. All talks and BoFs will be accessible via Zoom, though the organizers intend this to be primarily an in-person conference. This means that your contribution will be recorded unless you choose to opt-out.

Key themes for ADASSx are:

  • Time-domain Astronomy
  • Planetary Defense
  • Astronomical Community Infrastructure
  • Pipelines and Archives
  • and, as always, other creative topics in astronomical software

Submission deadlines:

  • Splinter session - Deadline for submission: 21 June 2025
  • Oral contribution - Deadline for abstract submission: 21 June 2025
  • Poster - Deadline for abstract submission: 21 June 2025

We look forward to receiving your abstracts!

You can enter proposals until 2025-06-21 00:00 (US/Mountain), 4 weeks, 1 day from now.
