Hey, nice to meet you!

We’re glad that you want to contribute to our event with your proposal. Let’s get started, this won’t take long.

Please write at most 300 words.

The Program Committee needs to see these sections at minimum:

  • Thesis / Takeaway: What is the core message/takeaway you want participants to get out of your session?
  • Detailed Description: For more words beyond abstract.
  • Outline: A detailed outline of your presentation, panel, workshop, or BoF content. More detail is better.
  • Intended Audience: Who will get the most out of your session?
  • For workshops only: Ensure breaks & hands-on / interactive elements are called out. You must provide a detailed outline containing the main points and navigation through your workshop. Show the review board how you intend to begin, where you intend to lead the class, and how you plan to get there. The more detailed your outline then the better we are able to review your class against other submissions (and the higher chance you have of being accepted).
