Energy and momentum feedback into the ISM from protostellar jets and molecular outflows

I will try to estimate from the local population of jets and outflows, assuming some reasonable parameters of jet/outflow velocities as well as gas masses injected by jets or loaded by outflows how much energy and momentum is likely to be put into the local ISM clouds per kpc^2 and compare these numbers with the
turbulent energy and momentum of giant molecular clouds. For the time being this is a purely theoretical estimate but perhaps could be compared to observations, in order to determine if protostellar feedback is a key factor of stirring the ISM and contributing significantly to interstellar turbulence.
