Sessions at barcamps are traditionally planned on the day of the event itself. You can, however, also submit session ideas beforehand.

As a result, we welcome you to submit your topics – in a digital format – to our barcamp in advance. This will make it easier for us to plan the sessions on the day of the barcamp itself, and will also give other participants an overview of the topics that may possibly be included in the session plan.

We will introduce the proposals and plan the sessions with you on the day the barcamp is held.
Please refrain from any self-promotion, product presentations or company presentations. A barcamp is an exchange platform where knowledge is shared, questions are asked and topics are worked on together.

Again, your session does not have to be prepared in advance and can in fact be spontaneous. However, one usually does think about one's session ahead of time.
