- Definitions (what is psychosocial security, why it is essential,who can benefit from it)
- Activity reflecting the link between DS and psychological feelings and behaviors (this activity will show how digital &psychosocial security are tightly related and how one impacts the other. is what we used to call a "virtual" world still really "virtual"?explain social engineering& how it can be used to comprise our security and privacy.)
- Present practical recommendations on dealing with online SH and bullying. (dealing with threats, prevention, how to react, when not to react, when &who to ask for support, etc)
- Listen to participants' experiences ( let the audience express their experiences and feelings towards the topic of this session in order to give them a safe space to talk and also to learn from each others' experiences)
- Facilitate the discussions ( answer participants' questions and comment on their input during the discussions, and propose referral or ideas of support when needed)
الأمن النفسي هو نشاط يعكس الارتباط بين الأمن الرقمي والمشاعر والسلوكيات النفسيّة.
ستظهر هذه الجلسة الارتباط الوثيق بين الأمن الرقمي والنفسي والاجتماعي، وستجيب على عدد من التساؤلات حولهما:
هل ما اعتدنا أن نطلق عليه تسمية العالم "الافتراضي" لا يزال حقًا افتراضيًا؟
ما هي الهندسة الاجتماعية وكيف يمكن استخدامها لتشكيل أمننا وخصوصيتنا؟
ستقدّم الجلسة توصيات عملية بشأن التعامل مع التحرش الجنسي، والتنمّر على الإنترنت، والتعامل مع التهديدات، والوقاية منها، وكيفية الرد عليها، ومتى يجب طلب الدعم وممّن، الخ...
كما سيتمّ إفساح المجال أمام المشاركين لاستعراض تجاربهم والتعبير عن مشاعرهم حيال موضوع الجلسة، لمنحهم مساحة آمنة للتحدث وفرصة للتعلم من تجارب بعضهم البعض.
وأخيراً، ستتمّ الإجابة على أسئلة المشاركين، والتعليق على مساهماتهم، واقتراح الإحالة أو تقديم الدعم عند الاقتضاء.
Cosette Maalouf, born in Lebanon in 1983, is currently a freelance Mental health expert and psychosocial and gender trainer, also a psychological consular for journalists suffering from Trauma. was a master trainer with IREX, she trains journalists on Self-care and Psychosocial support, was formerly the Regional Mental Health Program Coordinator, and a Trainer at The Arab Resource Collective (ARC). She managed the regional program of activities while being responsible for its planning and implementation. She also designed and delivered sessions on psychosocial support and mental health. She beholds a Masters's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology delivered by Université Saint-Joseph (USJ). At ARC, she was also a supervisor for a study conducted by YALE University in Beirut for 2 years, also participated in the design and data collection of one of ARC’s parenting programme HEPPP (health, education, and protection parenting programme). Cosette Maalouf also works as an Advocacy and Communication Coordinator at Proud Lebanon, a Lebanese NGO. She is responsible for communication with the media. She organizes regional workshops and supports the development of proposals for fundraising using the log frame approach while following up on the implementation of the different activities. As a psychologist, Cosette possesses a large board of technical skills she acquired while providing psychological support to parents and families, monitoring psychological group support, developing methods for students with special needs, and while working in prisons.
