Mr Shwehdy -known as Amjad-Badr- a social entrepreneur from Libya, passionate about technology and its applications, and advocates for digital transformation and good governance. Amjad-Badr specialized in utilizing ICT for Development and Social Innovation with experience working for non-profit and public sectors in Libya. Currently, he is pursuing his master's degree in eGovernance and Digital Transformation and continues volunteering with a number of organizations in Libya.

Jehad Oumer, is a computer science graduate from the Lebanese American University. Currently pursuing a Masters in Language and Communication Technologies at the University of the Basque Country. Jehad is a founder and the project manager of Annir Platform, a Libyan digital platform for information literacy and internet safety awareness. Jehad's interest revolves around natural language processing, social networks analysis and civic tech.

Feras Bezanti is a software engineer works in the telecom sector, developing products and analyzing business requirements; with a background in banking, Feras leading the digital rights efforts at Hexa Connection under Annir project. His passion is to build and contribute to raising digital awareness within the community.
Feras graduated from the College of Computer Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Programming and Systems Development.
