In this session, I will go through my journey of being one of the very first batch of adopters of LLM in the world and using AI tooling in programming since 2021. The way we use the tool has evolved throughout the years, and in this talk I will share some of my experiences and mistakes.

We will also address how this affects “the programmer” on a personal level and how it contributes to motivation, happiness, and productivity. As you may guess, it's not all roses.
