During the Online Speed Mix, participants are paired up in a discord VC for approximately 10 minutes. During that time participants may negotiate and do some quick hypnosis, meet someone new, or discuss a shared interest. While participants may choose to do hypnosis, this is not required. Participants are never obligated to do hypnosis. Participants may choose to leave their pairing early and return to the lobby. Participants do not need to be present at the start of the event and do not need to stay for the entire event - participants may come and go as they please. Consent is important. Participants are expected to negotiate and get consent prior to using hypnotic language, speaking common triggers, snapping their fingers, whipping out their crystals, showing off their watches, etc.
This event will take place in a separate discord set up just for this evening event.

Rotion [he/him/his] is honestly just happy to attend another Charmed! Convention, share the same con-space with so many cool individuals (virtually and physically), is a bit of an over-analytical dork, but is ultimately a jovial goober who enjoys hypnosis and the hypnosis community as a whole. He's been attending Charmed! since 2024, but has been part of the greater hypnosis community since 2018. Bear with him as he can be a bit of a socially awkward mess, but just know that he means well and wants to see everyone in the community happy/enjoying themselves. Feel free to say "hi" if you encounter him either online or in person (he enjoys/appreciates the attention) even if you're not attending the class(es) or event(s) he is assisting with.
