Yoga nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is a practice of intentional rest that can guide us to this beautiful pocket between being awake and being asleep. Sound familiar?

Together we’ll explore the overlap between hypnosis and yoga before we cozy up with soft somatic movement and a guided meditation. I'll invite you to roll around on the floor, and you may be sitting or lying still for long periods of time.

This class is for all bodies, abilities and people looking for a relaxing refresh. My goal is that you leave with tools in your toolbox to soothe your nervous system and find home in your body.

I've been playing in the hypno-kink for about 7ish years and am a switchy experimentalist at heart. Hypnosis has been a special interest of mine for as long as I can remember - and it now weaves its way through many layers of my life. I love following these threads and exploring new ways to play with this practice.
