Yoga Nidra: Relax and Reconnect

Yoga nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is a practice of intentional rest that can guide us to this beautiful pocket between being awake and being asleep. Sound familiar?

Together we’ll explore some similarities between hypnosis and yoga with somatic movement and a guided meditation. We will be rolling around on the floor, and you may be sitting or lying still for long periods of time.

This class is relaxing refresh for all bodies, abilities in a low-stakes and playful environment. My goal is that you leave with tools in your toolbox to soothe your nervous system and find home in your body.

Come with an open mind, comfy pants and some water!

Prestin (aka Archie) is a queer, chaotic-neutral, neurodivergent human who is just happy to be here!

As a longstanding special interest, hypnosis weaves its way through many layers of his life. He plays as a switchy experimentalist and explores these threads through yoga and other mind-body shenanigans.

This will be his second year at Charmed! and first time presenting at a conference.
