Yoga Nidra: Relax and Reconnect

Yoga nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is a practice of intentional rest that can guide us to this beautiful pocket between being awake and being asleep. Sound familiar?

Together we’ll explore the bridges between hypnosis and yoga with somatic movement and a guided meditation. We will be rolling around on the floor, and you may be sitting or lying still for extended periods of time.

This class is relaxing refresh after a long day at con in a very low-stakes and playful environment. My goal is for you to leave with tools to soothe your nervous system and find home in your body.

Come with an open mind, comfy pants and some water!

Archie (he/they) is a midwest princess who loves all the mind-body shenanigans. As a switchy experimentalist, he enjoys the novelty of hypnotic encounters and the playful energy it brings. He loves introducing other folx to trance and meditation, driven by the belief that everybody deserves to feel comfy playing in their minds and bodies.
