Hypnotic Mantras are powerful tools used to create and maintain compelling headspaces, long and short term change, and even hypnotic induction. They’re useful in self-hypnosis, partnered hypnosis, and group hypnosis. They can be used with or without trance.
This playshop explores the basics of hypnotic mantras. But the real fun begins when we leave the lecture format and move into brainstorming. We take your hypnotic goals and dreams and, as a group and based upon what we’ve learned about mantras, turn those goals and dreams into actual mantras you can use in your personal practice.
