So you know what hypnosis is, but how do you actually do these inductions, and how do you choose which one to use? In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn dos, don'ts, and quick tips to help you get started as you practice a progressive muscle relaxation induction, confusion induction, kinesthetic rapid inductions, and the Elman induction. You might want to find a practice partner before the class, but it is not required. We will help participants find people to practice with if needed, moving through a quick consent negotiation before beginning the practice.
