Welcome to the Chcon 2026 Call for papers.

This is your chance to submit a Training, a Talk, or both!

The theme this year is loosely based on Circus Clowns and our 10th birthday. Your talk doesn’t need to relate specifically to the theme.

Training options session options
* 1/2 day (4 hours)
* Full day

Call for Training will close July 31st, selections will be completed by August 8th.

Confirmed training sessions will be announced publicly August 15th when tickets go on sale.

Talks options
25, 45, 60 min options with a preference on 25 min talks so we have a chance to get as many people presenting as possible. Longer talks are amazing too but we normally only select a few of those.

Call for talks will close on September 15 and selection status emails will be sent by September 30th.

When you submit you can choose to have a full priced ticket reserved if the submission is not accepted.
If your talk is not selected the submitter will be provided a code that will allow them to buy a regular priced ticket.
If that ticket is not purchased by 31 Oct 2026 it will be released back for general purchasing.
