The Rust programming language has spread worldwide as a new member of the C-family of languages. But what are the benefits of using it?
Over the last few years, leading high-tech companies and projects have started using Rust, including rewriting apps in it. Rust is widely known as a memory-safe language that provides low-level control over system resources, allowing developers to write highly performant code. Why should we start thinking about switching from common languages such as C or C++ to the new way of thinking with Rust?
This session is suitable for people with C-family language experience. Of course, those interested in learning about Rust are also welcome. The talk includes examples of how Rust solves our day-to-day problems.
