Django is a powerful framework, but this power needs to be harnessed. This session goes beyond theory; attendees of any skill level will gain practical, real-world strategies to boost performance, scale effectively, and make their Django apps run smoother than ever.
I’ll bring a pre-built Django app filled with common performance pitfalls. Step by step, we’ll diagnose and fix the issues affecting this app. The areas I will cover include but are not limited to: memory leaks, caching, advanced queries, concurrency & parallelism, etc.
Together, we’ll track improvements at each stage, giving attendees hands-on experience in building high-performance Django applications.
This workshop will inspire confidence in Django as a powerful tool for both new and existing projects.
