PyLadies offers a way to bridge these gaps by fostering collaboration, mentorship, and technical growth. This talk explores how we can leverage PyLadies chapters to encourage knowledge-sharing, create accessible learning resources, and strengthen community-driven initiatives. Using success stories from PyLadies Ghana, I’ll share actionable steps to build a more inclusive and thriving tech ecosystem in Africa.
