Deploying more than 60 Drupal Websites for the French Ecological Transition Ministry (MTE) : innovation at scale over an 8-year period
Sylvain MOREAU, Audrey Vittecoq-Laporte

A short summary of our 8-year Drupal journey on a large scale with the Ministry : how we continuously improved the use (Build/Run/Host) of drupal websites.
Topics to be covered and shared :
* Design System : French State Design System (DSFR) implementation within the UI Suite initiative with many contributions on strategic areas (A11Y, semantic...)
* Privacy : systematic use of a French Open Source solution (Orejime) + development of a specific module (Orejime Register) to be RGPD compliant, instead of Tarteaucitron or another CMP
* Devops : containerization of drupal websites, optimization of webperfs without varnish, and deployment of modern CI/CD
