Your client is not a ticket
In Drupal projects, we often talk about technology, architecture, tickets, releases and deadlines. But in practice, the real difference is often made by how well we understand each other.
In this session, I will share practical lessons from day-to-day communication between clients, project teams, developers, project managers and stakeholders. When do you send an email? When is it better to plan a call? And how do you make sure your message is not only correct, but also lands in the right way?
We will also look at Insights colours as a simple and practical way to adapt your communication. Not to put people into boxes, but to better understand what someone needs: speed, detail, reassurance, connection or direction.
