RuFi is based on Drupal and will be presented for the first time at an official Drupal event, at the Drupalcamp Kortrijk 2026.
What can you do with it? - RuFi accompanies and supports your team in agile self-organization. The software creates a clear focus on the goals you want to achieve and the problems you need to solve to reach them.
With minimal effort, you can collect constructive solutions in the form of rules. You optimize these rules together. You can express your agreement or disagreement point by point and are supported by rating and voting tools for final decisions.
With RuFi, you can optimally prepare for your meetings and retrospectives. You gain new overview and comparison capabilities. With RuFi, you can put all your experience and knowledge into practice in an agile way. Furthermore, you can document your results with no extra effort.
The software is designed not only to support agile IT teams but also to be used throughout civil society. Our goal is to strengthen civil organizations through the direct participation of their members, for example, in environmental and climate protection, peace initiatives, social organizations, and associations. And it would be fantastic if we could find new supporters for RuFi here in the Drupal community to help us achieve this.
In this session, I will introduce you to the software, how it works, and how to use it. You will learn how to implement the software in your organization.
Attention! Following the session, you will have the opportunity to participate in a short workshop where we will test the software together in a demo project. The topic is: "How do we organize a Drupal camp in our region?" (We will arrange the workshop after the session.)
From 1994 to 2006, I studied philosophy and sociology with a focus on constructivism, financing my studies through web development. During my thesis, I already jotted down initial ideas for RulesFinder.
Since 2015, I have specialized in Drupal and, alongside my work at various Drupal agencies, have continued to develop RulesFinder. Today, I am very proud and happy to be able to present this open-source project publicly.
