We’re a loose collective from Lusatia, Potsdam, Berlin, and Bremen exploring how emancipatory movements can better coordinate and share events—without relying on Big Tech. Using Mobilizon instances in the Fediverse, we’ve set up local, federated calendar platforms that exchange events across regions. Our goal isn’t to build one unified tool, but to develop open interfaces that support a diverse, decentralized ecosystem. In this session, we’ll share what we’ve learned, connect with others running similar projects (or planning to), and discuss how to strengthen bottom-up infrastructure for radical organizing.

Our goal is to strengthen grassroots self-organization by building and connecting local digital resources from below.
