This session is intended to get to know other peoples projects. /ETC is a gathering of FLINTA* that do awesome projects - but often at such meeting you don't get to know what cool shit people actually do.
With this session we intend to solve this project.
Everyone writes their name on a small paper, which is put into a bowl. The person whose name is drawn will then get 3 minutes to answer the following 3 question.
1. What project do you work on? What is it about?
2. Where do you want this project to go? What are next or ideal outcomes?
3. What do you need for this ideal development? Can people help/ contribute/ suggest....?
No further questions will be asked. The next name will be drawn.
After the session everyone will know about several cool projects and can talk to the people about it during the next days.
It is up to the person what project to talk about. It doesn't have to be a tech project but could also be about you diving into zine making, founding a neighborhood initiative... This is not about show of but about connecting people that might be able to collaborate, give each other advice, share experiences or contacts...
If a person doesn't want to talk themselves that is totally fine, they can also join just for listening.
