Employees must accept flatlining salaries, while CEOs enjoy pay raises. After years of successfully working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, employees are being told to return to the office or quit. Tech is not delivering on its promise to employees. We already know our workplaces are driven by profit and the whims of executives.
