EuropeanaTech 2023 Proposal Submission form

We are delighted to announce the launch of our call for proposals for EuropeanaTech 2023!

Through this Pretalx Form you can submit your proposal for EuropeanaTech 2023 - Explore, Engage, Experience: cultural heritage in the data space and beyond. Please ensure that you have read all the information on our call for proposals page before submitting your proposal: https://pro.europeana.eu/page/conference-call-for-proposals - this page also includes details of the themes of the conference.

Submissions should contain a title, three - five keywords and an abstract of up to 250 words, including a two sentence evaluation of the practical benefits or learning that your intervention will offer attendees.

We are expecting a lively presentation of work that you have been doing related to the subjects detailed on the call for proposals webpage. We are as interested in the glorious failures as we are in the gorgeous successes.

Please note that workshops can have an attendance capacity between 10-30 people and require on-site participation of all attendees and are only on Tuesday 10 October.

Each submission will be reviewed by the Selection Committee and selected submissions also by the Programme Committee. Submissions need not be anonymised, but authors are welcome to do so if they prefer.

Once the proposal is submitted you will receive a confirmation email - make sure you check your spam folder if you don't have this message in your primary inbox.

For the proposals that have not been accepted you will receive brief feedback on the decision.
