DESCRIPTION:Python is the standard solution for many machine learning and d
ata science applications\, from large cloud systems\, to workstations\, an
d even on larger embedded or robotics systems. But as we move down into mo
re constrained environments regular (C)Python starts to be a less good fit
.\nThe MicroPython project provides a Python implementation that is tailor
ed for such environments\,\nand this makes it possible scale down to micro
controllers with just a few megabytes of RAM (or less!).\nAs a bonus\, Mic
roPython with WebAssembly also makes lightweight browser applications poss
ible.\nIn this talk\, we will discuss how to combine IoT devices\, MicroPy
thon and browser to build stand-alone sensor systems and laboratory gear f
 or physical data science.
