Format (45 min):
10’ impulse: Where AI helps (and where it doesn’t): problem fit, data readiness, workflow placement, governance.
15’ case walk‑throughs: - Retrieval‑augmented learning from internal docs, - Scenario‑based assessment & structured interviews, - Auto‑generated quizzes as spaced repetition practice.
10’ live demo: a small scenario/quiz builder with rubricing and “human‑in‑the‑loop”.
10’ open clinic: - participants bring a use case; we map it with the canvas. What we measure: capability metrics (task success rate, time‑to‑competence, escalation rate) rather than simplistic training models.
Audience: KM, L&D, HR, product & team leads.
Logistics: Projector (HDMI/USB‑C), reliable Wi‑Fi (offline fallback ready), flipchart/whiteboard. Language: English;
