DESCRIPTION:AI has industrialized both cyberattack and defense\, while the
  same monitoring tools meant to protect us\, risk becoming part of a perma
 nent surveillance apparatus. The Panopticon Paradox argues that point solu
 tions cannot defeat a threat landscape whose attack surface grows combinat
 orially. Instead\, it proposes novel human-centric\, analog-based\, mathem
 atically designed\, privacy-preserving\, immune-system-inspired cyber defe
 nses built around correlated signals\, adaptive architecture\, zero trust 
 for machines\, and computation on encrypted data. This keynote is a call t
 o build cyber shields that also protect human agency and liberty\, without
  quietly becoming part of the Panopticon themselves. Mr. Drake will draw f
 rom his background in military intelligence and electronic warfare\, as a 
 former senior executive in national security\, and experience in advanced 
 information systems and technology\, as well as systems and software devel
 opment.
