Parting ways with our Julia simulation after 100 million miles

At JuliaCon 2019, Tucker McClure gave a talk "A New Breed of Vehicle Simulation" to show how Julia-based simulation was being used at Zipline to develop autonomous aircraft that deliver life-saving medical supplies to remote areas. After 1.5 million deliveries and 100 million miles flown across seven countries, we're deprecating the Julia simulation that carried us this far and rebuilding it in Rust.
