Jay Landge
I am Jay Sanjay Landge ! I am currently pursuing my Bachelors degree in Computational Science and Engineering from - Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad.
My research interests lie primarily in High Performance Computing (HPC), with a focus on parallel and concurrent programming, as well as the design of parallel data structures and N-body simulations. I am also deeply interested in Computational Bio-Medicine, Observational Health Studies, and the application of Deep Learning in Health Sciences. Additionally, I am exploring the intersection of concurrency and deep learning, aiming to understand and improve the performance and scalability of deep learning systems.

OMOPCDMPathways.jl is a JuliaHealth package that generates patient treatment pathways from scratch, mapping a patient’s journey from initial contact to future interactions. It provides vital insights for observational studies by revealing treatment patterns and care progression. Users can adjust parameters to create customized pathways for specific disease definitions.
