DESCRIPTION:With this talk\, `GoMeta` will be released. This package finall
 y implements a vastly matured offspring of a [my] half-baked idea proposed
  at *JuliaCon2025*.\n\nThe core concept remains the same: Add interpretabl
 e meaning to comments within a Julia file by means of brief\, simple\, exp
 ressive and extendable metadata. The crux of the idea lies in its potentia
 l to serve a wider variety of different packages and even facilitating int
 eractions between them.\n\nHowever\, in order to truly fulfill what had be
 en promised\, in particular to allow for the desired expressiveness and ex
 tensibility\, language-like features had to be incorporated in the propose
 d schema.\n\nMoreover\, metadata needs to be absorbed\, i.e.: parsed and i
 nterpreted\, from *somewhere* before it can be applied *somewhere*. Thus f
 ar\, both tasks had been executed on a `Block`-level [a section of consecu
 tive lines]. `BLS` now provides a distinctly finer granularity by introduc
 ing `Component`s such as `Block`\, `Line` and `Segment`. This not only nec
 essitated a complete overhaul of `GoMeta`'s implementation but also of the
  grammar being used.
