Since 2008, the Free Software Legal and Licensing Workshop (LLW) has been the world's premier event for debating, discussing, and sharing knowledge about Free Software legal affairs.

The 2026 edition of the LLW will be held at bUm in Berlin, Germany, on 15-17 April 2026 (Wed-Fri).

This Call for Participation closes on 11 January 2026 (Sun) at 23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth) Time.

For this edition we have simplified the call for proposals with only four options: Lightning Talks (that can be submitted during the conference), Sharing sessions (that will be between 20 and 35 min with extra 10 min for QA), Discussion sessions (60 min with QA included), and Workshops (60 min). When submitting your sharing session, please add how much time do you think you will need.
