EN: The Coalition of Learning is a group of at least three people in the organisation who really, really care about knowledge and learning. Unlike earlier knowledge management departments or areas of the Chief Learning / Knowledge Office, the Coalition of Learning is not located as a "box on the organisation chart", but forms the core of the organisation's network structure (Like Kotter's "Guiding Coalition"). Actors in the coalition of learning typically come from HR, Organisational Development, IT, Strategy, Knowledge / Innovation / Quality Management or the departments.

Case studies from practice are e.g. the Conti GUIDE, the Collaboration 2.0 Guides at Audi, the DigitalTogether Champions at Siemens Healthineers and FutureworX at DATEV. In this session we will deal with the question of what constitutes such a coalition in the organisation, how it can be started and organised, what the core activities are and which hurdles have to be overcome.

DE: Die Koalition des Lernens ist eine Gruppe von mindestens drei Personen in der Organisation, denen Wissen und Lernen wirklich, wirklich am Herzen liegen. Anders als frühere Wissensmanagement-Abteilungen oder Bereiche des Chief Learning/Knowledge Office ist die Koalition des Lernens nicht als "Kästchen im Organigramm" verortet, sondern bildet den Kern der Netzwerkstruktur der Organisation (Wie bei Kotter die "Guiding Coalition"). Akteure in der Koalition des Lernens kommen typischerweise aus Personal, Organisationsentwicklung, IT, Strategie, Wissens-/Innovations-/Qualitätsmanagement oder den Fachbereichen.

Fallbeispiele aus der Praxis sind z.B. die Conti GUIDE, die Zusammenarbeit 2.0 Guides bei Audi, die DigitalTogether Champions bei Siemens Healthineers und FutureworX bei DATEV. In dieser Session beschäftigen wir uns mit der Fragestellung, was eine solche Koaliton in der Organisation ausmacht, wie sie gestartet und organisiert werden kann, was die Kern-Aktivitäten sind und welche Hürden zu nehmen sind.
