Rob Hamilton is CEO and Cofounder of AnchorWatch, bringing insurance solutions to the Bitcoin ecosystem. Previously he was Data Scientist and Consultant IBM, where he designed and deployed enterprise Machine Learning solutions focused on automation and optimization of marketing spend. Rob got into Bitcoin in 2013 when he went to his first Bitdevs NYC which was his inspiration for teaching himself how to program and research Bitcoin security best practices.

Karen Knox created the Digital Currency and Infrastructure Group at NFP to provide risk management solutions for clients in the blockchain, digital asset, cryptocurrency, and adjacent industries. Karen’s interest in digital assets began with insuring Bitcoin mining, from power generation to miners and construction, which remains a focus for NFP. She earned a certification in Cryptocurrency from MIT MediaLab in 2021. NFP is a global insurance broker and consulting firm providing specialized property and casualty insurance, benefits, wealth management, and retirement planning.

Bassload is a husband and a father to 3 children under 10. He has been in energy markets for 7 years with a unique specialty in energy procurement for commercial/industrial customers - while focusing on industrial consumers of electricity and natural gas. Bassload focuses on strategic ways to purchase those commodities in various markets across North America by combining his passion for electricity and bitcoin. Bassload values energy communication in ways that all individuals can understand. He provides knowledge in most technical areas of energy, including his current Certified Energy Procurement Manager Certification, and ‘on-grid’ and ‘off-grid’ bitcoin mining. He loves playing music and critical thinking.

Colin has been a serial entrepreneur for over 20 years. He has a background in law and engineering, and in addition to devising the KYC-minimized aspects of Distributed Hash, he has built out the entire IT infrastructure for Distributed Hash, including building several custom tools to ease management and collect detailed mining data. He and his wife work together to collect and analyze ASIC data to generate actionable insights both for individual customers, and the community at large.
