Mozilla Festival 2021 (March 8th – 19th, 2021)

Konstant: We’ve always been here: 11 things we’d like you to know about Neurodivergent Cultures.’

To enlighten, catalyse, and inform the audience of the richness Neurodivergence can bring to society around the differing Neurodivergent cultures by engaging and listening to experiences worldwide.

We're hoping that many efforts and discussions will continue after Mozfest. Share any ideas you already have for how to continue the work from your session.:

It is of vital importance that the barriers to engagement for Neurodivergent people are recognised and not allowed to slip away but be addressed. Neurodivergent cultures need space and resect to evolve, experiment and grow. With the barriers now identified, it is crucial that we take these findings and implement them into society; we intend to work with organisations to achieve equality of opportunity, influence research in the N.D debate and further campaign advocate and showcase N.D creative people richness. Being able to do this with ND Mozilla would provide a launch space and catalyst to further inform a wider audience

How will you deal with varying numbers of participants in your session?:

We are very mindful of this and have experienced both large and small groups of participants. If it’s only a few attendees, then the discussion will be more personal and intimate. The more people, the wider and more far reaching the discussion.

What is the goal and/or outcome of your session?:

To enlighten, catalyse, and inform the audience of the richness Neurodivergence can bring to society around the differing Neurodivergent cultures and by bringing together ND creatives around the world to jointly discuss ‘recognition & where next for these Neurodivergent cultures.
