How I hacked Tesla Autopilot?

We’re living in a time where AI is entering into almost every aspect of our lives. Whether it is Self-driving cars or automated surveillance or even detecting cancer tumors But is this technology really mature enough that we can put our lives in the hands of algorithms?

How will you deal with varying numbers of participants in your session?:

It both has its own pros and cons. If we get more participants then we can have a good discussion around safety in AI. On the other hand, if we get fewer participants then it’d a great opportunity to have a discussion and showcase the demos.

What is the goal and/or outcome of your session?:

The goal of this session is to demystify machine learning for attendees and show them how a machine learning system, (Tesla Autopilot) works under the hood. One more outcome of this session is to show that machine learning is just a technology and it’s not foolproof, in fact, it’s vulnerable to adversarial attacks.
This session aims to be highly engaging, collaborative and can be adjusted to suit the attendee’s knowledge of AI and programming.

We're hoping that many efforts and discussions will continue after Mozfest. Share any ideas you already have for how to continue the work from your session.:

We’re planning to host events on Machine Learning and AI Ethics with the help of the regional Mozilla community which will be live-streamed online as well.
