Why did you choose that space? How does your session align with the space description?:This session is a real-life version of our Skills-Based Volunteering program. We hope other people/tech companies will adopt this model of employee engagement.
How will you deal with varying numbers of participants in your session? What if 30 participants attend? What if there are 3?:Not a problem - we have projects large and small and can work through this easily.
What happens after MozFest? We're hoping that many efforts and discussions will continue after MozFest. Share any ideas you already have for how to continue the work from your session.:We already have a public repository (https://socialimpact.github.com/insights/Guide-to-initiating-a-Skills-Based-Volunteering-Program/) that we hope tech companies will fork and thus implement this program for their employees. We will be sharing case studies and updates from the social sector organizations on the progress of the projects.
