For the last ten years Anna has incubated and developed the 100% Human at Work Initiative and
Network.   

This global Network of 500 organisations (and growing) focuses on driving positive change in the
world of work and driving the agenda and thought leadership to build the future of work that we
want. With a key focus on collaboration and co-creation of solutions, the Network spans four
continents, engaging CEO’s, Founders and HRD’s to drive change within their own organisations and
to begin to develop a business voice at a policy level.  

Anna is a passionate believer that work and business can and must have a positive impact in shaping
our world, our communities and our future. As such, she has a keen focus on future of work trends
and actionable ways in which to innovate and shape that future.  

With a senior background in international People roles, alongside Board and Trustee roles with two
charities, Anna has developed the 100% Human at Work Network from an idea to a global initiative,
working closely with some of the best known brands in the world.
