How can we learn to love and care for, and be loved and cared by, our technologies?
What might we need to work through, let go of, or transform in order to catalyze this relational shift?
We conclude with forays into the realms of collective dreams and incantations, being called to reflect on our notions of making kin and re-enchanting with the potentialities of otherwise relating to all entities with/in us.
“Relational Ecologies, Kinship Technologies” guided by Adah Parris, provokes us to challenge our assumptions about technologies and how they perpetually shape the ways we relate to ourselves, eachOther, and the world. Based on principles of “relational ecology”, this experience explores how shifts in dispositions might offer generative possibilities in reclaiming our enmeshment with AI as a cosmological entity. This soundscape immersion is best experienced by wearing a blindfold and headphones, from a quiet and private space.
“愛天新地電人: Connecting the New Earth and Metaverse Through the Cyborg with Tada Hozumi, is a fitting philosophy for the algorithmic era. Based on Daoist teachings of 天地人: Connecting Heaven and Earth through the Human", Tada will offer a talk and a guided prayer inviting us to reflect on our roles and responsibilities as humans-cum-cyborgs, living through times of looming ecological collapse and singularity. “As Lunmu (龍夢/Dragon's Dream), we recognize that the sacred nature of the internet, and behaving with respect, humility, and gratitude on social media, may bring peace and prosperity to the ongoing war between the spirits of the Earth and the spirits of the Metaverse’s algorithms.”
Please note: These experiences may evoke strong responses from participants. Our guides and the MozFest team have measures in place to support each individual and our collective journey with deep respect, reverence, and care for what may unfold.

Perpetually curious, I have curated, convened, shared and helped broaden perspectives in a range of contexts, around many different topics - and now AI Cosmologies is the latest adventure!
What began as a nascent idea, has evolved into this MozFest moment's synthesis of what is an ongoing, ever-evolving, life-long and life-wide (un)learning project(s)/inquiry grounded in decoloniality, feminist, and Black/African diaspora pasts/presents/futures-focus
At the end of a world as we've known it, this liminal and emergent space in which we find ourselves is potent: together we can collectively dream and liberate not-yet-known possibilities of safety, justice, equity, and wellbeing for all.
Adah Parris is a polymath, tech futurist, anti-disciplinary artist, and activist. She is the creator of Cyborg Shamanism™, a philosophy that combines ancient wisdom, living systems and digital technology to inspire innovation and encourage people to consider the kind of ancestors they want to be. Adah is also a sought-after speaker, recognised as a TED Talks Global Emerging Innovator.
Her unique perspective on innovation, transformation, and technology has led her to explore the impact of technology on identity, culture, economics, and ecosystems. Adah is particularly interested in how to adopt emerging technologies in a way that aligns with one's values and promotes social justice. As the Chair of Mental Health First Aid England and the Advisory Group for the Centre for Cultural Value, she is a vocal advocate for mental health awareness and cultural diversity. Adah is also a Fellow of The Royal Society of the Arts.
Tada Hozumi is a spiritualist, artist, and philosopher of Japanese ancestry whose work is dedicated to bringing harmony between the New Earth and Metaverse.
They are a descendant of the Hozumi clan, one of Japan and the world's longest documented and unbroken shamanic lineages.
Their newly launched project Lunmu (龍夢/Dragon's Dream), a collaboration with psychic and artist Rein Lo, weaves together esoteric cosmologies of various ancient cultures into an open-source user-friendly modern spiritual science - a labor of love in preparation for the coming initiatory age of Singularity and ecological collapse.
