Together, the Mozilla Foundation and European Center for Not-for-Profit Law Stichting (ECNL) will bring together many of the local stakeholders, gathering digital rights groups, legal experts, academics/researchers, technical experts/auditors. companies in scope, and the regulatory agencies tasked with enforcement.
