The patch workflow in OE is suboptimal. We should do better.
From a submitters point of view you submit a patch to a list, there is typically silent, and it may get merged.
From the maintainers point of view there's a flood of mails, there's no way to know if others have reviewed the patches, and it's easy to lose track of what is outstanding.
We can do better than this. This presentation will not suggest moving to GitLab but instead focus on improving what we have now, present some ideas and discuss what could work.
