Danilo Biella
Danilo is a demysifier, a problem solver, a lifetime learner, a modern workstyle evangelist, an early adapter and an evolutionary humanist.
Ever since he came out of ETH as a Master of Computer Science, he's been focusing on quality aspects of software engineering. While his untiring struggle for better quality in general rambles on, the focus shifted slightly to analyzing development processes in projects in the last decade, where he gathered experience working in multi-continental teams and various setups and technologies, also in non-software contexts.
Active in community work, he co-organizes the /ch/open Workshoptage, the Agile Breakfast Luzern, holds speeches and workshops on modern workstyles in schools, communities, conferences, projects and changing organizations - on-line and on stage - not without a zest of satire or ranting on false agile..
Lately he’s been producing explainer videos of current topics, here is a link the the play list:

In his free time, he reads and discusses philosophy and sociology topics, plays card and board games and loves a long dispute over or about a glass of wine.
