In the digital age, open education has become as a powerful force in redesigning educational practices. It is not only about providing free educational resources but also about promoting more inclusive and student-centric instructional ecosystems. Assessment is one of the most transformative domains of education with the openness of education. Conventional assessment systems were based on paper-based and oral evaluation, which fail to evaluate the real-world competencies of the learners. Open Education answers this limitation by enabling more real world problems based, continuous, and transparent assessment practices.
