About the Conference
Join us for the Open Source Conference 2025 Luxembourg!
Our mission is to create a vibrant and inclusive platform where public sector organisations, innovators, business leaders, and enthusiasts can connect, share knowledge, and collaborate on the future of open source technologies. OSC-LU is a balanced conference where technical and non-technical people can meet to discuss the real-world impact of open source, from code and infrastructure to community and business.
We invite you to contribute to the conversation by submitting your talk proposals!
The conference will have a 4 main tracks: Public sector, Artificial Intelligence, CyberSecurity and EdTech.

Presentation Format
- Short Talk (20 minutes) in the auditorium
- Full Talk (20 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A) in separate tracks and workshop
Who Should Submit?
You! We encourage submissions from everyone in the field of open source, including:
- First-time speakers and experienced presenters.
- Open source Software developers, architects, and engineers.
- Open source Sysadmins, SREs, and DevOps professionals.
- Community managers and project maintainers.
- Representatives from public/education sectors, business leaders, product managers, and entrepreneurs.
Submission Guidelines
To submit your proposal, please be ready to provide:
- Speaker Bio: A brief introduction to who you are and your background.
- Presentation Title: A clear and catchy title for your session.
- Abstract: A concise summary (max 250 words) describing your talk and what attendees will learn. You can attach a paper or document describing your talk but not required.
- Project Reference: GitHub/GitLab/others link or similar mentioning the open source project, talks and involvement
