
I'm a PhD student at the SnT-University of Luxembourg. Before, I was a research assistant for 3 years in Barcelona, Spain. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (2021) and a Master's degree in Data Science (2023). My research interests are on providing modeling methodologies to the definition of LLM-agents systems, such as domain-specific languages. Furthermore, I collaborate in works of social analysis in Open-Source systems conducting empirical and mining software repositories (MSR) studies.

Philippe Ombredanne is a FOSS hacker passionate about enabling easier and safer reuse of open source code. He is the lead maintainer of the AboutCode stack of open source tools for Software Composition Analysis and license and security compliance, including the industry-leading ScanCode, DejaCode, PurlDB, Package-URL, and VulnerableCode. Philippe contributes to other open source projects, including the Linux kernel SPDX-ification, SPDX, ClearlyDefined, strace, ORT, and several Python tools.

Pierre de La Celle is a seasoned engineer, specialized in Networks and Multimedia. He has successfully designed, developed and operated multiple platforms of web tools and products that maximize the performance and continuity of service. Before joining the LMDDC, Pierre implemented digital learning services for the Luxembourg public and deployed digital e-learning projects using Learning Management Systems. Pierre is also an entrepreneur whose involvement in several startups exposed him to the day-to-day challenges met by young organizations, such as finding and recruiting the right profiles, creating a team spirit, uniting around a project, and ensuring communication fluidity. At the LMDDC, he establishes online services and identifies technologies to be acquired and deployed.

Robert Reuter is Assistant Professor in Educational Technology at the University of Luxembourg. His research explores how digital media and technologies reshape learning, teaching, and our cultural understanding of knowledge. Drawing on cognitive psychology and socio-cultural perspectives, he investigates how educators and learners adopt and adapt technologies—often guided by implicit “grammars” of schooling and learning.

Robert Riemann studied physics and informatics. Since 2017, he works for the EU in Brussels on technology policy and digital transformation. Witnessing the discussions on digital sovereignty from inside EU and member state administrations, he decided end of 2024 to develop in his personal capacity a vision of a common Linux-based OS for the public sector and other corporate use cases.

Sabine Schmaltz is Developer Advocate at Tarides, who maintain and develop OCaml tooling and contribute to the OCaml ecosystem. She holds a PhD in Computer Science with research experience in formal verification of system-level C code using Isabelle/HOL, conducted through the German Federal Ministry-funded Verisoft XT project. At Tarides, she manages OCaml community outreach, hosts the FUN OCaml developer conference, and maintains the open source OCaml.org website.

Dr. Serge Linckels is the Managing Director of the Digital Learning Hub, a structure that offers specialised IT trainings on-site and open to everyone without prerequisites. The Digital Learning Hub hosts 42 Luxembourg, the free coding school. In 2024, the Digital Learning Hub offered over 3,000 hours of certified training, welcoming more than 6,000 participants across areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, quantum technologies, and software development. 42 Luxembourg, launched in 2022, complements this mission by offering a peer-to-peer, project-based curriculum in programming and has quickly become a leading alternative pathway into tech for adult learners.
Dr. Linckels has 22 years of experience as a teacher at the Lycée Guillaume Kroll and as an associate lecturer at the University of Luxembourg. He holds a degree in computer science and an engineering degree, as well as a PhD in Internet technologies and systems from the Hasso-Plattner-Institut. Thirty scientific publications bear his name, and he is the author of three books.

Steve Clement is a seasoned security engineer and founder of multiple tech ventures, including a successful exit with ION Group. With two decades in technology, start-ups, and cybersecurity, his recent work centers on education, threat intelligence, and collaborative hardware projects.

Sven Thomsen is CIO of the state of Schleswig-Holstein and heads the Department of Digitalisation and Central IT Management in the state's Ministry of Digitalisation. Previously he worked as a freelance consultant, project manager at Norddeutscher Rundfunk and head of department at the Independent Centre for Data Protection.

Thibaut Kleiner is the Director for Future Networks in DG Connect. He has worked since 2001 at the European Commission. The first ten years of his career in the Commission were spent in the area of competition policy (merger, antitrust and State aid). In September 2011, he moved to the digital policy area, as advisor of Vice-President Neelie Kroes, in charge of the Digital Agenda, and supervised Internet policies at large (Internet Governance, cybersecurity, cloud, data).
From January 2014 to June 2016, he was head of unit in charge of network technologies (5G and Internet of Things) in DG Connect. From June 2016 to December 2019 he was the deputy head of cabinet of Commissioner Oettinger, in charge of Budget and Human Resources and he then came back to DG Connect to head the unit in charge of Research Strategy and Coordination and was subsequently Director for Policy, Strategy and Outreach from December 2020 until March 2025. An economist by training Thibaut holds a Master from HEC Paris and a PhD from the London School of Economics.

With extensive experience in building and validating GPU-enabled clusters, energy-aware orchestration frameworks, and AI-ready infrastructures, he has been leading multiple initiatives under the European IPCEI-CIS project. His work focuses on bridging research and production through open, community-driven testbeds—covering advanced virtualization, storage, and automation frameworks. Constantino is passionate about sustainable cloud design, open collaboration, and enabling the next generation of edge-to-cloud platforms powered by open source.
